iGlass joins the Articad Supplier Partnership Programme

Leading CAD software specialist for the KBB sector, ArtiCAD, announces that iGlass, known for its range of highly technical and exclusive glass products, has joined the company’s Supplier Partnership Programme. Immediately, iGlass’s stylish and stunning glass splashbacks are available as an easy to search graphics catalogue for users of the ArtiCAD-Pro design software. Over the course of the next few months other iGlass products will be made available to include glass worktops, glass tiles, glass radiators and backlit splashbacks.

From its roots in the development of specialist glass products for the maritime, optical and pharmaceutical industries, iGlass (part of Instrument Glasses Group) has brought more than fifty years of experience to the KBB sector. The iGlass portfolio of products brings a stunning infusion of colour and style to any interior, whilst at the same time providing an inherently hygienic, non-staining and easily cleanable surface.

The company’s investment in state-of-the art machinery and techniques has enabled them to develop extremely complex shapes and precision cutting in a wide range of glass types. Sergio Ramirez, Brand Manager, iGlass: “We have been working with local kitchen, bathroom and interior designers for a number of years, supplying bespoke designs for all types of applications. However, an increased capacity to manufacture combined with additional investment in research and development has now allowed us to repackage and launch our products to consumers across the UK.”

iGlass first came into contact with ArtiCAD in the summer of 2011. Whilst not having worked with a CAD supplier before, the company recognised the importance of such a partnership. Sergio Ramirez: “We believe very strongly that the investment in CAD is very important to a company such as iGlass. It will bring us an increase in brand awareness, exposure, product awareness and sales.”
