iglass terms ...terms & conditions iglass glass designs for bathrooms & kitchens GENERAL CONDITIONS - 2009 GOVERNING THIS QUOTATION AND ANY CONTRACT RESULTING THERE FROM 1.    Owing to the fluctuation in prices of raw materials and other causes, quotations   are given on the understanding that orders are only accepted at the prices ruling on the day of despatch of goods. 2.   All quotations are made for goods ‘ex works’ and are subject to additional costs for insurance, carriage and packing, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us prior to the initiation date of your order. 3.   We  will try to up hold your terms on all orders according to our conditions. 4.    All artwork/drawing will be held by us for a period of time, unless are otherwise instructed by customers to return. 5.   The company shall replace free of  charge or allow credit as its option for any defective goods returned within 28 days of receipt provided that the goods are returned in the same condition as they were supplied. 6.   Although every care will be exercised in the handling of customers materials, they are only accepted by the company at customers own risk. 7.   If a buyer defaults in payment, becomes insolvent or commits an act of bankruptcy the company may, at their option, withhold further deliveries or cancel the contract without prejudice to their rights there under. 8.   New customers will be sent a customer reference forms to be completed and returned to us. You may be asked to send us a payment before goods will be despatched. 9.   PAYMENT TERMS. 30 DAYS NETT from the date of the invoice.Errors and omissions accepted.
